In partnership with Accountability Lab Pakistan, the Balochistan Civil Services Academy (BCSA) recently hosted a two-day workshop for over 73 newly appointed Assistant Commissioners and Section Officers from across Balochistan, focusing on enhancing governance and public service delivery.
Day 1 featured a session on Change Management led by Mr. Asad Baig, exploring how to drive institutional transformation.
Day 2 involved hands-on exercises and case studies, where participants collaborated to design practical solutions for local governance challenges.
